We transform healthcare data to the standard OMOP Common Data Model (OMOP CDM) so it can be used for standardized data characterization and analytics using the OHDSI or commercial platforms. Odysseus OMOP CDM Data Factory team has an extensive experience in converting Real-World Data (RWD) data - including EMR, Claims, Registries, SDTM and other - into OMOP CDM. Our unique ontology team map standard, proprietary and local codes to OMOP Standard Concepts. We do so using a reproducible process resulting in the highest quality of the resulting data and documentation.
