To its Pharma and Healthcare customers, Odysseus offers RWE Solutions and Services, including Data Analytics and Large-Scale Evidence Generation from Observational Data, Data Standardization and OMOP CDM ETL, Enterprise ATLAS support and maintenance service, bespoke RWE Software Engineering and OHDSI Terminology service.

Odysseus offers a unique federated study service across a vast number of Real-World Data (RWD) health data sets in the OHDSI, EHDEN, and Odysseus Data Network (ODN).

OHDSI

Founded in 2014, the Observational Health Data Sciences and Informatics (OHDSI, pronounced “Odyssey”) initiative grew out of the successful Observational Medical Outcomes Partnership (OMOP). OHDSI is a multi-stakeholder, interdisciplinary, open-science collaborative to bring out the value of health data through large-scale analytics.

The European Medicines Agency (EMA) and the European Medicines Regulatory Network established a coordination center to provide timely and reliable evidence on the use, safety and effectiveness of medicines for human use, including vaccines, from real world healthcare databases across the European Union (EU). This capability is called the Data Analysis and Real World Interrogation Network (DARWIN EU®)

Pistoia Alliance

The Pistoia Alliance is a global, not-for-profit members’ organization conceived in 2007 and incorporated in 2009 by representatives of AstraZeneca, GSK, Novartis, and Pfizer who met at a conference in Pistoia, Italy.
