OHDSI
Founded in 2014, the Observational Health Data Sciences and Informatics (OHDSI, pronounced “Odyssey”) initiative grew out of the successful Observational Medical Outcomes Partnership (OMOP). OHDSI is a multi-stakeholder, interdisciplinary, open-science collaborative to bring out the value of health data through large-scale analytics.
Innovative Medicines Initiative (IMI) - EHDEN
The goal of EHDEN is to make the large-scale analysis of health data in Europe a reality. The project aims to do this by building a federated data network of allowing access to the data of 100 million EU citizens standardised to a common data model
Innovative Medicines Initiative (IMI) - FACILITATE
The aim of FACILITATE is to develop a prototype of a patient-centered, data-driven process that would allow innovative data sharing and the re-use and return of clinical trial data to study participants.
EMA - DARWIN
The European Medicines Agency (EMA) and the European Medicines Regulatory Network established a coordination centre to provide timely and reliable evidence on the use, safety and effectiveness of medicines for human use, including vaccines, from real world healthcare databases across the European Union (EU). This capability is called the Data Analysis and Real World Interrogation Network (DARWIN EU®)
